doo111 verifies player age and identity through its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which requires submission of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport. If at any point doo111 has reason to believe that a registered user is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended and the matter will be investigated. Any funds in the account will be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.

Account Registration & KYC
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on doo111. The registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If doo111 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.
When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use a false name, a name that is not your own, or any other deceptive information. doo111 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity and process your withdrawals. Providing false registration information may result in your account being closed and your winnings being voided.
KYC verification is required before doo111 can process any withdrawal from your account. To complete KYC, you must submit the following documentation:
- Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport. The document must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last 90 days confirming your current residential address.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation document showing that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits belongs to you.
doo111 will review KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. You will be notified by email or on-platform message when your KYC status has been updated. doo111 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if there is any doubt about a player's identity.
You are responsible for keeping your doo111 login credentials confidential. doo111 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your password. Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
doo111 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your account status, KYC verification level, and the payment method selected.
Deposits made via mobile wallets — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — are credited to your doo111 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may take up to one business day to be reflected in your account, depending on the processing schedule of the issuing bank.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Bonus & Promotional Terms

The following general conditions apply to all doo111 bonus offers:
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through new or duplicate accounts is prohibited.

Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of the doo111 Platform, you agree to use the service responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on doo111 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including name, date of birth, or payment details.
- Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a different identity.
- Using the doo111 Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling.

- Allowing any third party to access or operate your doo111 account on your behalf.
doo111 employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, account sharing, bonus abuse, and fraudulent payment activity. When a breach of these obligations is identified, doo111 will act promptly to investigate and, where necessary, take enforcement action. doo111's decisions in respect of prohibited conduct are final.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
doo111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any other illegal activity associated with the account.
- A player's own request to close the account, including requests made as part of a self-exclusion arrangement under the doo111 Responsible Gaming Policy.
- Receipt of a chargeback, disputed transaction, or payment reversal initiated by the player or their payment provider in bad faith.
- A legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation requiring doo111 to restrict or terminate the player relationship.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, doo111 will notify the player via their registered email address. The player will be given an opportunity to provide information or documentation in response to the investigation, within a reasonable time frame specified by doo111. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released promptly.
Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player's verified payment method, less any amounts properly retained by doo111 in accordance with these Terms.
If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting doo111 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Outstanding balances will be paid out to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures.

Limitation of Liability
The doo111 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
